If are not ready for a caregiver but just have questions and need resources we are glad to help. With 20 years of experience we will listen, assess, and help you to find resources for your long-term care.
We will handle all the complicated paperwork such as pre-screening, background checks, reference checks, scheduling, and insurance.
Affordability

At Sincere Care we believe families should be enjoying time with their elderly loved ones and not worry about financial burdens. We will work with you and your insurance to make sure our services are affordable.
Each person’s level of care is different and we offer hourly and daily rates. Give us a call for a sincere quote.
We accept private pay, long-term care insurance. Visit our “Understanding how to pay for long-term care page” for more information ways to pay for long-term care.
Quality

We conduct a full LIVES CAN criminal background check & fingerprint on all caregivers and nurses. LIVESCAN is the official background check of the California Department of Justice (CDOJ) & the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).
We focus on quality of care and not quantity of clients to provide the highest level of care and service. That is why we only serve clients within Los Angeles County, the San Gabriel Valley, and a few other surrounding communities. We don’t serve entire California or other states.
For your protection, we insure all sincere care caregivers with California worker’s compensation, professional liability insurance, and all are bonded. Learn more about our caregivers.
We will monitor and review your care. Our care managers are trained to be On Call 24/7 should concerns arise.
