介绍：Newton International College is a private postsecondary educational institution founded on September 28, 1990 in Garden Grove, California. The Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (the BPPE) of the State of California has granted Newton International College approval to operate since August 1, 1993. The BPPE’s approval to operate means that the College and its operation comply with state standards established under the California Education Code.

The College has also been authorized by the Department of Homeland Security to enroll international students since May 2, 1994. Thus, Newton International College can issue SEVIS I-20 forms (Certificate of Student Eligibility) for international students so that may obtain student visas from a U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

Since our first class taught in January 1991, the College has offered English as a Second Language and Computer Applications programs, and added the Dental Laboratory Technology program in December 1996 in order to expand our program offerings into a vocational training field in market demand and that also complemented the needs and goals of our students.

On July 1, 1996, Newton International College opened its branch campus in Irvine, California in order to better serve the growing number of students enrolled in the Orange County area. On October 7, 1997, the College opened its branch campus in Los Angeles, California to accommodate students enrolling from this area, and to expand its Southern California presence.

Today, over 10,000 students have graduated from Newton International College since 1991. The College remains pro-active and vigilant in accessing the changing needs and goals of our students. We continually update our program curricula based on our own self-evaluation, new industry standards, and state and federal regulations.
