• New Avenue school was founded in 1961
• The school's new expanded Classroom Building completed in September 1996
• Open all year round Monday — Friday
• School open 7:00am until 6:30pm
• Provide service for Pre-School through the eighth grade
• Serve two snacks and hot balanced lunches daily to Pre-School and all grades
• Day care program for all children
• Restricted pick up system
• Uniform required for kindergarten-8th grade
• Fully equipped playgrounds and a field for sport activities
• Small classes and high curriculum
• 30 classrooms plus a Library, State of Art Computer Lab, fully equipped Science lab, and a large Lunch and Recreation Room
• A fenced Swimming Pool on school premise for Summer School Activities
