Mandy was born in Sichuan, China. Her passion for real estate and business began when she was in university in Xiamen.

Upon finishing grad school at George Washington University where she earned an MBA, Mandy worked for two years at the Hyatt Hotel as a Guest Relations Manager. She spent the next four years as the assistant to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor, Elaine Chao. Mandy later joined the Office of Federal Compliance Programs acting as a Managerial Effectiveness Analyst where she learned to master her analytical skills.

Mandy’s business and government experience has given her a keen understanding of the real estate business. As such, Mandy has successfully helped many with real estate investments on both the east and west coast. Mandy also has solid EB-5 visa knowledge and investment experience. Mandy is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese her marketing ability targeting asian international market help many sellers increase marketing exposure of their homes.

Mandy is a world traveler with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and markets.
