对于音乐培养也有过期的时候, 请珍惜孩童有效的培育时段,即时提供学童音乐上的栽培,ADI音乐中心提供音乐班.师资均为加洲音乐老师协会成员(Music Teachers Association of California, M.T.A.C.),教学经验丰富,因材施教,认真负责,且具爱心与耐心,采用名牌演奏钢琴提升学生演奏技巧.有多年经验启蒙多数音乐学生热衷投入高阶段的进展学习. 目前培育出多位学生顺利通过钢琴考级鉴定.为考量学生学习品质,上课均采一对一制度 (如有特殊情况 financial, budget issue..etc..老师会给予各别考量) 秉持爱心与耐心式的鼓励教育.历年来栽培了多位学生进入名校大学与数位优秀学生取胜 (纽约卡内基) 多项钢琴比赛.培训多位学生顺利通过年度钢琴鉴定考核.

儿童音乐基础的重要性:

孩子5~6岁为适合学**年龄,因于孩子的手指子发育完成,7岁以上的学童,理解与学习能力更为成熟.

7岁开始学琴,以半小时至1小时的练琴时间,每天持续努力练习

营造良好得学习环境
「学生及家长的全心投入」丶「专业有经验而且认真的老师」这两件事是塑造「好的开始」的绝对要素。在学琴的一开始,家长就应该抱持著「既然要学就好好学,不要让孩子学成半调子」的心态,并且灌输孩子相同的观念。

关于练琴-练习时间的长短与时间的选定
时间短而次数多的练习,更能帮助幼童的学习。所以,对于四岁或五岁的初学者而言,每次练习时间不宜太长,时间通常安排在五分钟之内。然而,当您发现孩子集中注意力的时间逐渐加长后,再将次数慢慢的减少,练习时间逐渐拉长。除了观察孩子集中注意力的时间外,我们也要注意练习时间的长度不能太短,因为要让手指有足够的暖身的机会。一般来说每天练**时间,依照年龄可分:
幼稚园:约5~15分钟
一丶二年级:约15~30分钟
三丶四年级:约30~45分钟
五丶六年级:可加长至45~60分钟左右。


当然由于孩子先天与后天条件的不同,在练习时间长短上会有所增减。 练习时间的长短,可随孩子的年龄不同加以调整,最重要的是把需把握精神最集中的时间练习,以达到事半功倍的效果。

陪孩子练琴的要诀:
忙碌的家长不如把「陪孩子练琴」当作是难得亲子共同从事的家庭活动。为孩子打造一个有利于音乐学**环境,对学琴及促进亲子关系都有好处

(1) 每次练习时必须先让自己的精神放轻松,这样才能心情愉快的引导孩子学习,否则不愉悦的心情感染了孩子只会使练习成为沉重的心情负担
(2) 把握专一的原则。孩子的注意力只能专注在一项重点上.
(3) 所有的进步都是由极小的步骤累积而成,只有将每一个步伐都走稳了,孩子才可能有长足的进步。所以,请有耐心等待孩子的逐步发展。
(4) 开放发问的机会和空间。不妨用问题激发您和孩子对音乐的思考,并让孩子有时间与空间找寻达成的方式,这样将会使学习更有趣。
(5) 偶尔孩子会发出一些抱怨甚至流下眼泪,这些都是正常的现象。您要保持冷静的头脑与高度的同情心,用鼓励与爱心,来协助孩子度过难关。
(6) 最后别忘了给孩子一些缓和的空间,将练习分成几个小阶段,,中间安排休息时间(三或五分钟),让孩子放松一下紧张的心情。

Music communicates directly to the soul. Listening to a beautiful performance purifies the life of every person. As an educator, it is my goal to assist and uplift the children’s learning capabilities to their limits, to show them everything they can be. A.D.I's philosophy of music education is to assist students to define their expressions through both the mental state and physiological shape. Through musical training, all students should prepare to learn, love, listen, express, feel, develop, and eventually appreciate the aesthetic of performing art. I recognize the differences of every child such as their personalities, backgrounds, and learning styles. It is important to differentiate between these learning styles and develop a teaching plan that applies to all children: a plan that meets the individual or a plan that can be provided for group learning. I want all students to be successful, not only in the classroom, but in their lives outside the learning ground.

Parents are highly encouraged to be involved in children’s learning process. Parents are also highly recommended to contribute their effort in assisting the learning ground. Together, we will accomplish all tasks and see all children accomplish in higher level of musical learning and achievements.
