Leonard is a Senior Associate of Colliers International, formerly of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors. He served as an important auxiliary to the recently dissolved Conway Investment Group. He oversaw the team’s marketing efforts, research analyses, and escrow division. He began his real estate career as an intern at CBC North County in Glendale, CA, where he learned the fundamentals of commercial real estate brokerage. With his help, the team surpassed closing $200 Million in retail properties throughout 20 states. After the dissolvement of the Conway Investment Group, he has dedicated himself to specializing in net leased commercial investment brokerage.
