子女移民过去后收到A5工卡，一年后申请的i485，4月打完指模，9月申请ap，10月回国，至今未收到任何，请问会被视为放弃申请资格吗？如果移民局认为放弃申请，有什么办法再回去吗？或者可以重新申请嘛？
